Palestinian protesters run to hide behind a garbage dumpster during fights with Israeli troops outside Ofer prison near Ramallah, West Bank. 

They were demonstrating against the imprisonment of Islamic Jihad member Khader Adnan, who has been imprisoned without trial and is on a hunger strike. Wednesday marked the 60th day of his strike.
